Ascension
Ascension is an adventure/horror game in the form of an interactive novel, combining narrative adventure and exploration with arcade action. Retrace one soul's journey through the stages of Hell (based on various religious mythologies), in an attempt to avoid Oblivion and ascend to Heaven. Meet the denizens of Hell, from the lowest minions to Lucifer's exalted Archfiends, while avoiding obstacles that threaten to trap your soul in eternal suffering.
Single Player (1-4 hours)
Content Warning: This game is not visually graphic; however, it does contain themes of sex, violence, and blasphemy (in increasing order). Recommended for mature players.
